Fell apart after barely two weeks of gentle use by my small dog. The seams are poorly constructed and the material quality is not what was shown in the photos. Not worth the money.

Mixed results with multiple pets
One of my dogs loves it, the other ignores it completely. The build quality is decent and it seems safe, but at this price I expected more universal appeal across pet types.

It's an okay product and my dog uses it, but the quality doesn't quite justify the price. There are probably better options out there at this price point. Functional but not impressive.

Packaging was damaged on arrival
The product arrived with the box clearly crushed. One part was cracked and I had to request a replacement. Customer service eventually helped but the whole process took two weeks.
