This is our dog wheelchair for medium small dogs from 4060 lbs. This wheelchair will fit 99% of all dogs that are 4060lbs. Made from lightweight and aluminum nonrust alloy with all terrain pneumatic wheels. The widest width of cart (with wheels) is 21.5Inch . Cart measurements are length 20Inch 25Inch Inch (adjustable), width 7Inch 10.5Inch (adjustable), height 14Inch to 16Inch with wheels. This cart will fit 98% of dogs that are between 40 and 60lbs. It has 8Inch high quality polyurethane wheels, padded shoulder support, double thronged neoprene adjustable shoulder harness, and built in double rear adjustable padded leg harness. Both male and female dogs can still go to the bathroom comfortably in this rear harness.
The wheelchair is pretty solid, but getting my dog used to it took longer than I expected. The medium size was accurate, but the straps were a bit confusing to set up at first. My dog loves it now, though, and it does help her get around. Just wish the instructions were clearer.

Not what I hoped for
I was really excited to get the Best Friend Mobility Elite for my corgi, but it didn't work out for us. The medium size was too big, and it seemed to slip a lot. After a couple of uses, we had to return it. Maybe it would work better for other dogs, but it was a letdown for us.
