Sturdy but Heavy
I really like the build quality of this Extreme Medium backpack, but it's heavier than I expected when it's empty. It looks great in gray and black, but I feel like they could've made it lighter. Still, it holds up well when I load it up!

Not Worth the Price
Unfortunately, my backpack arrived with a small tear on the side. The gray and black is nice, but given the price, I expected better quality. I reached out for a return, but it’s been a hassle. Very disappointed.
